Kwik Consulting LLC is Hiring a Sales Representative Near Topeka, KS

Internal Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Internal Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market. Examples of Internal Sales Representative duties and responsibilities include:

  • Identify and establish contact with potential customers
  • Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Attend networking events to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
  • Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
  • Generate and submit sales reports to management

· Receive emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information

· Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions

· Use verbal and written communication skills to organize/coordinate daily duties

· Check in with clients to keep repour

· Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information

Skills and Qualifications

A successful Internal Sales Representative candidate will have various skills and qualifications to perform the required duties, including effective communication, public speaking and presentation skills. Additionally, an Internal Sales Representative candidate should have knowledge of industry trends, marketing strategies and consumer psychology. Examples of Internal Sales Representative skills and qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated ability in meeting sales objectives
  • Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of the industry and industry trends
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and consumer psychology
  • Proficiency with the word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Ability and willingness to travel for networking events, demonstrations and client meetings

· Proven experience in sales or relevant position

· Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods

· Fast typing with experience in data entry

· Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations

· Proficient in English and also preferred bi-lingual in Spanish (oral and written)

· Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities

· Active listener with excellent communication skills

· Sound judgement and critical thinking

· High school diploma

· Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria

· Network with clients at events

· Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates

· Keep detailed records of sales visits

· Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $31,200.00 - $43,680.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Cell phone reimbursement

Compensation package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Topeka, KS 66604: Relocate before starting work (Required)
